Professor of Law at Tel Aviv University and, at various points, visiting professor at SOAS, University of London. Author of the monograph The Right to Health at the Public/Private Divide: A Global Comparative Study, which examines the way in which the right to health, formally recognized in the ICESCR and in domestic constitutions, is in practice repurposed by health-system marketization.
