Why she matters here

Nestle occupies an ambivalent position with respect to the physiological rights argument. She is the sharpest critic in the field of the food industry’s capture of nutritional science, and, at the same time, she is skeptical of the vitamin and supplement industry as a mirror-image of the same problem. The critique of Unsavory Truth has to be answered directly before the physiological rights argument can be advanced without being read as one more chapter in the industry-funded literature she criticizes.
