Proposed Reforms
On the basis of documented cases and analysis of physiological rights, the following systemic reforms are proposed:
1. Legal Recognition of Physiological Rights
Integrate physiological rights into national and international legal frameworks, as a complement to existing rights.
2. Universal Access to Physiological Testing
Guarantee free and systematic access to tests measuring essential physiological parameters (levels of vitamins, minerals, hormones).
3. Reimbursement of Supplements and Corrective Treatments
Ensure public reimbursement of nutritional supplements and hormonal treatments necessary to correct measured physiological imbalances.
4. Training of Health Professionals
Train physicians and other health professionals to recognise the importance of optimal physiological parameters and to adopt a proactive approach to prevention and correction of imbalances.
5. Research on Individualised Norms
Fund research on individualised physiological norms, rather than simple population averages.
